Autumn’s Sentinels

I feel as if fall was an illusive moment for me this year. It seems I was chasing her from the mountains to home and never seemed to quite find what I was looking for. Possibly my problem was, since I have become so fascinated with nature photography these days, that I was looking so hard for one particular thing that I literally missed everything. It’s a little like that old adage “you can’t see the forest for the trees”. I was looking for that one incredible photo when the world around me was ablaze with opportunities.

Breathtaking!

I’m always amazed at how much beauty there is in nature. Most people just don’t take the time to stop, if just for a moment, to see the art show that is right in front of their eyes. Photography allows me to see even the slightest nuances which is why I love this medium. It allows me the opportunity to share with you what I capture with my camera. I hope that you will take a moment today to give yourself that little gift, it might just leave you breathless.

Little Coffee anyone?

We have lots of fun sharing photos, asking for critiques, hearing about new PS techniques and on and on. It’s a great time to connect with other photographers and talk about our passion and just learn a little more about each other.

Finally!!

Welcome to my blog.

Today is a happy day!! I’ve finally finished my website and launched it this week-end. This has been a long and tedious task to say the least, but it is done. My photography has evolved in the last 2 years and creatively I am happy where I have landed. I am lucky enough to discover that I can combine two of my passions, photography and digital art. I feel blessed to have met and been mentored by some amazing photographers, teachers and cheer leaders.
